Padman O’Donnell and the rest of the 6PU class have been lulled into a false sense of security. Their arch-nemesis, Mr Hoovesly, has been demoted from Principal to Janitor and they’re enjoying class time with their excellent, cool teacher, Ms Trigley. But then, it’s the night of the talent show and Squidge Dibley literally raises the roof. An infestation of insects, swarms down onto the audience. Everyone, except 6PU, are infested with feral, monstrous head lice. Mr Hoovesly takes over the school and makes life hell for the school friends. He threatens to shave all their heads! Then they discover, Hoovesly has plans to take over the whole world. Who can save them now?

This is the third book in the ‘Squidge Dibley’ series. Squidge is an unusual boy with very strange abilities. He can inflate his body like a balloon. His burps can send things flying. He can stretch himself out like a piece of string. Squidge is just the person to deal with Hoovesly and his dastardly plans, even if it means destroying everything around him. It’s a ridiculous but amusing story with lots of comical illustrations that add to the fun.
