The stunning artwork on every page of Big Fella Rain is mesmerising, as Big Fella Rain brings Mother Earth back to life. Beautifully coloured frogs sing with happy faces, brolgas dance gracefully, and little tortoises come out to play in the billabongs. This feast for our eyes is by an Indigenous artist who has already been exhibited at the National Gallery of Australia. And each page has a few poetic words that perfectly complement the artist’s paintings.

Everyone will appreciate the beauty of this book, from little children who will love to see the animals so happy, to the serious art students who will understand it in a different way.
