This is the story of a little dog called Three as he had only three legs. But having three legs didn’t stop him from walking through the city from here to there and sniffing out lots of friends. Some had six legs and one had eight legs and another with four very long legs. And when Three went walking in the countryside he met a ‘four leg’ friend with two spikes on its head! And even a two leg that laid eggs!

But the best friend of all was when he met a two leg pretending to be a three leg like him. Her name was Fern.

As always, Stephen Michael King has given us a beautiful heart-warming story with a hint of a smile on every page. And, of course, his distinctive and emotive artwork is always there telling us so much more to the story.

Don’t miss this classic. You and your children will love reading it again and again.
