‘You are so … umm …
ahh … disobedient,
disrespectful and
annoying,’ criticised Tara.
‘So are you Tara!’
admitted Fionn.

Fionn and Tara are staying at their grandfather’s house in Arranmore. But things are different in Arranmore …

Is the island of Arranmore magical? Tara suspects it is, however Fionn is not so quick to believe. But when Fionn starts seeing weird visions near the pier, flowers sprouting out everywhere along the pathway and new flowers beginning to grow as soon as the old ones were picked, Fionn’s thoughts about Arranmore begin to change.

The only way to discover the true Arranmore is to explore, so Tara and her friends, Shelby Beasley and Bartley Beasley, (Tara’s not so secret boyfriend) decide to try to discover the ‘magical sea cave’. Will they find the cave and will their wishes come true?

Fionn has never known what his grandfather did for a living but he slowly uncovers the truth. His grandfather is the Storm Keeper of Arranmore and he has to keep the island and its magic safe from enemies. But his grandfather is old and a new Storm Keeper needs to be appointed. Will Fionn rise to the challenge or will someone try to get in the way?

I really enjoyed this book. It was full of magic, adventure and had lots of different parts to the storyline.
