The official film trailer for Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret has been released.
The film is based on Judy Blume’s beloved novel of the same name, Are You There God? It’s Me Margaret which was published in 1970.
The novel follows 11-year-old, Margaret, as she navigates issues surrounding school, family, identity, and more.
The film is written and directed by Kelly Fremon Craig who directed the 2016 coming of age film The Edge of Seventeen. And stars Abby Ryder Fortson, Rachel McAdams, and Kathy Bates. The film will come out on 28 April.
