Dr Michael Mosley is about to grace the small screen again, highlighting the short and long term health effects of poor sleep.
On 6 March SBS is premiering Dr Michael Mosley’s Australia’s Sleep Revolution. The doctor will join some of Australia’s worst sleepers for an eight-week sleep treatment program which has been developed by Flinders University Sleep Institute.
He will not only home in on the effects of bad sleep which can cause a range of health problems from diabetes to depression, but they also test the quality of sleep of some of Australia’s politicians including Jacqui lambie and Barnaby Joyce.
