The Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Association announced the winners of the Nebula Awards with Babel by R F Kuang winning best novel.
Babel: Or the Necessity of Violence: An Arcane History of the Oxford Translators’ Revolution by R F Kuang is an epic historical fantasy set in Oxford in the 1800s which follows a linguistics student who joins a group that engages in colonial resistance.
The Nebula Awards recognise the best writing in science fiction and fantasy published in the US of the previous year.
