In 2001 the band One Ring Zero began performing at the publishing house, McSweeney’s. They went on to collaborate with various authors on their critically acclaimed album, ‘As Smart As We Are.’ This record features lyrics written by authors such as Jonathan Lethem, Paul Auster, Dave Eggers, A M Homes, Rick Moody, Neil Gaiman, Denis Johnson, and Margaret Atwood.
