Robert Favretto is a children’s author of junior fiction and picture books. He has decades of primary school experience and enjoys writing stories that inspire and encourage children to become engaged readers. Robert also conducts workshops to demonstrate fun and unique ways of getting kids to write and read.

Janice Bowles is a Sydney-based illustrator and graphic designer whose life has revolved around creating books and images for over 20 years. Besides picture books, she has illustrated magazines, graded readers and educational series for publishers in Australia and the USA. Janice loves cats, kids and humour. She has recently written and illustrated a guide to breast cancer.
