It’s time for bed. But Sleep Sheepy is anything but sleepy. The clock said it was time. Mum and dad said it was time. Bit Sleepy Sheepy was simply NOT sleepy!
Although his eyes told a different story, he simply would not sleep. ‘He was WIRED and absolutely NOT TIRED!’
So instead of sleeping he tries knitting socks and building with his blocks. Oh, what’s that? A yawn? Off we go to bed again. But nope, out pops Sleepy Sheepy, still not sleepy!
As Sleepy Sheepy gets up again and again, his eyelids droop further and further until … well you can guess. … there’s nothing like his ‘snuggly-wuggly big boy bed’ being ‘fast-asleepy’.
