This is a book about now, back then, and the future. When we start the book we are in the present, but as our young guide says, everything after this page is in the future. The book we are reading is from the past though. It used to be a tree. When we finish the book what will we do? Whatever it is you decide to do, that is in the future. The author wrote the words in this book in the past. But you’re reading it in the present. What comes in the next pages is still the future. But maybe the future is boring? ‘
RIIIIIIIIIIPPPPPPPPPP!!!!! Uh oh, there is a space machine from the future ripping the pages of the book! The past, the present and future are colliding!’
This Book is a Time Machine quite made my brain hurt. I had to stop and think while I read, but I did so with a smile on my face. It’s a tale of the unexpected and fun way to look at understanding the past, present and future.
