Kiddo is the new dog. He’s taken the place of Teddy. We’re not sure where Teddy has gone, but he’s left his big water and food bowls, two couches to sleep on and two nice, snuggly futon beds. But the best thing he’s left is the king-size bed that Kiddo can now share with the humans. It seems Teddy is not coming back.

Kiddo is black, large, and with a rather naughty face. He is the centre of attention on every page. Unfortunately he loves chewing things, and is surrounded by rather sad-looking stuffed toys with parts of their bodies missing. He loves the kitchen and one day ate a whole loaf of bread! I hope he didn’t eat the plastic bag it was in!

He delights in ‘chucking’ his pot plant up into the blue sky and rolling it around on the ground. He loves getting dirty but it’s a sad face that looks at us over the edge of the bath.

Read this book and everyone in the family will fall in love with Kiddo. There must be a Kiddo somewhere near you. Let us know.
