If that is a big YES, then this is the book for you! We go to one of the most famous grasslands first, the African Savannah, where we meet the African elephants, zebras, giraffes, hyenas and even those funny little dung beetles, which, we are told, are the strongest animals on Earth.

Then off we go to the Mountains, so keep your eyes open wide as there are snow leopards and mountain gorillas and big brown bears that can eat for up to 20 hours a day!

Just by turning the next page we find ourselves in the dark, wet Rainforests, where we meet the world’s biggest snake, the green anaconda, which can grow as long as a bus!

The Galapagos Islands are next which aren’t nearly as scary, but we meet an amazing giant tortoise, and a lava lizard which can grow its tail back if it gets bitten off!

And on we go to the North and South Poles where it’s so very cold and then onto the dry deserts where we meet a deathstalker scorpion and a scary thorny devil which lives in Central Australia!

If we keep turning the pages we meet the animals that come out when we’re asleep and our endangered animals which need our help.

How can you resist a book like this?
