There once was a little pig who loved to read. His name was Piggy, and he read day and night in his library.

Piggy read so much that he didn’t ever have time to make friends. But one day, when he was out flying his kite, he saw a cat who was reading alone. Perhaps she could be his friend. He knew just how to catch her attention. He blew the biggest bubbles that floated right over her head and twirled his little red plane high above where she was sitting. But no reaction. She just kept turning the pages. He even brought her flowers, but she didn’t even notice them. What could Piggy do to make her his friend?
