Professor Graeme Clark

Professor Graeme Clark AC, the son of a profoundly deaf man, is the inventor of the Bionic Ear. He was born in Camden, NSW, and studied at the University of Sydney. He was the Foundation Professor in Otolaryngology and Laureate Professor at the University of Melbourne and also Founder and Director of The Bionic Ear Institute, and is a Professor at the University of Wollongong.
